The Professional Healthcare & Scientific team is looking for a self-driven Product Manager that has a proven track record of delivering results in a B2B industry. He/She will play a critical role in developing the strategic direction of the Prescription Products (Rx) Program, managing the lifecycle of healthcare products or features with considerable impact on our customers and their shopping experience. You own the product and features roadmap and priorities and set short and long-term goals for the business while influencing other organization roadmaps. You will define the problem(s) we are trying to solve, desired customer experience, vision, tenets, and product strategy.

As a member of the BISS Professional Healthcare team, you will focus on Medical (Rx) products feature investment, Item Data Quality (IDQ) and catalog infrastructure as well as designing and implementing new and innovative changes to the detail page experience that will drive a better shopping experience and increase sales. We are also at the forefront of improving the search experience for our various customers, making it easier for them the find and discover the products and services they need.


• Own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for your portfolio of products, maintain a deep competitive awareness, and think big to identify global business opportunities worthy of investment.

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders and leaders across the organization to drive strategic initiatives through leadership and influence.

• Determine when it is appropriate to build, improve an existing solution, or integrate existing features for a more cohesive end-to-end customer experience.

• Influence technical priorities and business strategy through data-driven contributions and make sure business and technology teams are aligned to customer needs.

• Define mechanisms and metrics (e.g., KPIs, funnels, conversion, awareness) that enable you to quickly explain your product’s/feature adoption, performance, and any variance against goals.


· Having product management experience (how to take a business and grow it, how to take the selection and put it in front of the customer, thinking about the bigger picture).

· Understanding how the medical device industry works will be a big plus.

· A person who can think through the customer journey.
